What is a Yin Yoga Class?
During your Yin Yoga session, you’ll experience a quiet, calming environment as you move through poses, holding each for two to five minutes or longer. Most poses are seated or reclined, allowing your muscles to relax fully for maximum benefit. Suitable for all levels, Yin Yoga works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine through extended holds, providing a gentle, restorative experience.
