
Michelle is a CYA – 500YTT certified yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga since 2019. Not only is she a teacher, but she is a student too, and has been practicing yoga since 2012. Michelle is a registered Baptiste yoga teacher and specializes in the Baptiste Power Yoga Flow. She believes in yoga, not only as a physical practice, but applying what you learn on your mat to your everyday life.

Sophie is a Hatha Vinyasa RYT 200 passionate in activating transformative healing to generate a peaceful existence of consciousness. She found yoga through a healing journey of her own. As a certified energy healer and life coach, she can guide those on whatever path they may lead. Sophie respects your place in and out of the studio. Through various interests in style, linking the breath to movement she is looking forward to guiding you through your next asana class. When she’s not doing yoga, Sophie is probably meditating, enjoying nature, writing, and reading. She’s always busy in countless books, whether creating or absorbing them. A teacher and student, always evolving, and welcoming new opportunities to learn. Sophie looks forward to meeting the beautiful souls gracing her presence in the studio. Jackie first began her yoga journey in her early 20’s, but then life happened. She reunited with the practice in 2010 when that old flame came back to life in an “oh there you are” moment. As her personal practice progressed, so did her need to grow and share with others what yoga has to offer. As a nurse, Jackie has always been drawn to helping others. Teaching yoga was on her mind and while contemplating how to make this happen, the universe found a way to lead her on this path. Through 2019/2020 Jackie obtained her 500 hr AYT certification and Kundalini certification.
Jackie loves teaching vinyasa flow in the ashtanga/Hatha styles and moving meditations (kundalini) noting there is something so special about movement with flow and breath, stretch, and strength. As your guide on the mat, Jackie hopes for you to find release and joy through movement & breath, teaching to all levels.
